03/03/14 Twenty year old, Seth A. Krozel of 300 ½ Water Street in Plymouth was arrested Friday morning after officers with the Plymouth Police Department and Indiana State Police served a search warrant at the home.
Officers executed the warrant at 6:25 a.m. Friday. Mr. Krozel was taken into custody and a 17 year old female was also taken into custody. Krozel was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Dealing in Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana over 30 grams, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Plymouth Officer, John Weir said, “This investigation was started from concerned citizens calling the tip line 1-800-899-0842.” He encouraged anyone with possible drug information to call the tip line any time and leave an anonymous message.
Readers are reminded that that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
