warrant-servedPlymouth Police served warrants on several last week. Friday morning at 9:45 Officer Derek Workman saw 52 year old Harold Goad Jr. riding his bicycle in the area of Jackson and Broadway Streets. Goad was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail where he was held on an $1,800 cash bond. Two hours later he bonded out.
Saturday afternoon just about 3:30 Plymouth Officer Jeremy Enyart was dispatched to 1004 Ed Cook Boulevard for the report of a suspected subject who had an active warrant. When he arrived in the area he located the vehicle the subject was driving. Located in the rear bedroom of the apartment, 22 year old Zachariah D. Cook was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail where he was held with no bond on three local warrants and one from Starke County.
The final warrant was served on Saturday evening about 7:20 at 135 East Harrison Street. Officer Ben McIntyre located 28 year old Shawn M. Conley at his residence and took him into custody on an active warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to stop after an accident. He was held on no bond in the jail for another jurisdiction.
