Mugshot_STEVEN FOREMAN On Friday, November 14th at 7:07 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Joseph Giordano investigated an accident involving a Rensselaer Central School Corporation bus on US 30 west of the Oak Drive intersection.

During the course of the investigation the driver of the maroon Trailblazer, 42 year old Steven L. Foreman of Warsaw told officers that he was traveling eastbound on US 30 in the driving lane directly behind the Rensselaer School bus. The bus had made a complete stop at the railroad tracks which is school bus protocol and the Trailblazer struck the bus from behind.

The driver of the Rensselaer bus was identified as 66 year old Russell W. Wiseman of Rensselaer advised that the Trailblazer was following too closely.

Foreman was taken into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more. A certified test was administrated where a .30 BAC was revealed. Mr. Foreman was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.

Foreman complained of pain to the hip and upper leg and Plymouth paramedics assisted at the scene.
Lyons Wrecker Service assisted in the removal of the Trailblazer.
