On Friday, November 16th at 11:48 P.M. Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Oak Drive south of Markley for a traffic violation. During the course of the investigation it was discovered that the driver, 33 year old James R Loftis of Warsaw was in possession of a scheduled II controlled substance. Mr. Loftis was taken into custody for possession of scheduled II substance and operating while intoxicated by a controlled substance. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $1,505.
