On Friday, August 29th at 9:28 P.M. Sergeant Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. 35 year old Heather Manns of North Judson was taken into custody for theft and lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond.
On Saturday, August 30th at 8:29 P.M. Officer Paul Stamper located 25 year old Seth Allen of Claypool at the Blueberry Festival in Centennial Park. Allen was wanted on a warrant out of Kosciusko County. He was taken into custody and held at the Marshall County Jail for Kosciusko County.
On Monday, September 1st Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 302 West Jefferson Street for an unknown situation. When officers arrived at the residence several subjects fled the rear of the residence on foot. 20 year old Nestor H. Hurtado of Elkhart was located and taken into custody. Hurtado was transported to the County Jail and booked in for resisting law enforcement with a $1,005 cash bond.
