arrestsMarshall County Police made several arrests over the weekend.

Early Saturday morning about one they arrested 21 year old Jordan Patterson and 21 year old Devonta Barnes both of Fort Wayne for possession of marijuana. Patterson was held on a $755 cash bond while Barnes had a bond of $505.

About 2 Saturday morning County Officers arrested 21 year old Jeffery Smith of Fort Wayne for operating a vehicle with a scheduled I or II controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. His bond was set at $1,505.

Sunday 1:25 in the morning 21 year old Eric Davis of Fairland, IN was arrested by County Police for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and operating while intoxicated endangering a person. His bond was set at $1,505 and his court date will be October 7th in Marshall Superior Court II.

Later Sunday morning just before noon county officers re-arrested 34 year old Stephanie Willis who was listed as homeless. She was arrested on a warrant from a previous case of theft and conspiracy to commit forgery from 2009.
