arrestsFriday afternoon at 4:15 Plymouth Officer Ben McIntyre arrested 37 year old Brian Braden of Walkerton who came to the Police Department.

Braden had an active felony warrant for his arrest. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle after being adjudged a habitual traffic offender, operating while intoxicated endangering a person and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more with a prior charge.

Friday night about 10:30 Plymouth Officers were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn for a domestic disturbance outside room 116. The victim stated her ex-boyfriend and child’s father was intoxicated and pounding on her door and yelling.

Officer McIntyre located 18 year old Ricky Graham of Plymouth, the suspect outside his room at the Red Rock Inn. He was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail and booked in for minor consuming on a $255 cash bond.
