BourbonPoliceBourbon police arrested two individuals after seeing two trucks that appeared to be racing down Main Street in Bourbon Saturday morning about 2 o’clock.

Officers Matt Geiger and Reserve Officer Adam Huston observed two trucks which seemed to be racing on Main Street and stopped them near Main Street and Park Avenue.  One of the drivers, 18 year old Jerad D. Borkholder of Bremen was determined to be operating while intoxicated.

The second driver, Abraham J. Plank of Bremen was also found to be intoxicated by Marshall County Police Officer Brandon Cooper.

Both drivers were taken in for a certified test and both were arrested for operating while intoxicated while Mr. Borkholder was also charged with minor consuming. Both were held on $1,500 cash bond.
