On Thursday, April 30th at 4:15 P.M. the Plymouth Police were called by the Holiday Inn Express of possible drug activity. The suspects were both inside and outside the hotel.
Officer Bridget Hite responded and located 26 year old Crystal A. Lewis of Rochester who had an active warrant through Marshall County for a probation violation with no bond. Lewis was also charged with dealing in methamphetamine with a $3,005 cash bond.
During the investigation two more subjects were located, 28 year old Kane Hively of Warsaw and 28 year old Joshua Stacy of Etna Green.
Officers found items used with the manufacture of meth, precursors and hypodermic needles.
28 year old Kane Hively of Warsaw received a preliminary charge of dealing in methamphetamine with a bond set at $1,505.
Joshua Stacy was booked in for dealing in meth and given a $1,505 cash bond.
All three subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail.
