On Tuesday, April 7th at 8:08 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street west of Third Street. The driver, 30 year old Brandon W. Adkins of Plymouth was found to be driving on a suspended license with a prior charge of the same offense.
Mr. Adkins was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $1,505 bond. He was released later on Tuesday after posting bond and was issued a Marshall Superior Court II date of May 26th.
