School_board_meetingThe Plymouth School Board will meet for regular session Tuesday, Feb. 3 at the Administration Board Room at 7:00 P.M.

Among other agenda items, the Board will hear a report on new curriculum offerings at Lincoln Junior High and a marketing report.

The Board is expected to approve the transfer of Brooke Busse, current eLearning Coach to Interim Director of Quality Programs. Former Director, Michele Riise, resigned in December of 2014 to accept a position as Superintendent of Argos Schools.

Student activity requests include: Plymouth High School, ASCE Bridge Bust competition, Purdue University; PHS, JAG, Lerner Theater, Elkhart; PHS Vocational, Lowe’s, Plymouth; and Lincoln Junior High, WTCA, Pilot News, and WSBT. Additional requests include a trip for 20 SEED students to the Field Museum in Chicago to view exhibits. A second request is for a trip for 14 students to compete in the HOSA Conference in Indianapolis, to compete for scholarship money from various colleges. The competition will concern medical spelling, photography, assisting and healthy lifestyles.
