Saturday morning about 2:30 Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop at Olive Trail and Overymer Drive. 40 year old Dustin Sauer of Sage Road in Plymouth was found to be Operating While Intoxicated. He was also booked into the Marshall County for Failure to Stop After Accident Resulting in Non-vehicle Damage.
Early Monday morning about 1:45 Plymouth Officer Paul Stamper arrested 24 year old Jake B. McCallen of Plymouth after happening on a single vehicle accident at East Garro and Water Streets. McCallen was found to be Operating While Intoxicated. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
