On Thursday, July 2, about 9:00 p.m. Officer Atkins with the Bremen Police Department initiated a traffic stop at Plymouth and Indiana Streets in Bremen. During his investigation he discovered that the operator was wanted on a warrant issued out of Marshall County. Caitlin Herder, 19 of Bremen was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for the warrant.
On Friday July 3, about 10:25 p.m. Bremen Police Sergeant Kile initiated a traffic stop at East and Grant Streets in Bremen. During his investigation it was discovered that the operator’s license were suspended. Flora Nance 55 of Bremen was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Driving While Suspended.
A criminal charge is merely and accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
