Arrested_handcuffOn Wednesday, April 29th at 1:25 P.M. Officer Ray West with the Plymouth Police Department observed 29 year old Alexandera Ventura of Plymouth operating a vehicle with an expired license plate at Michigan and Washington Streets.   He initiated a traffic stop and during the course of the investigation it was found that Ventura had never received a valid driver’s licenses.   He was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $255 bond.

On Thursday, April 30th at 4:30 A.M. Officer Wally Derifield responded to 1915 West Lake Avenue and located and arrested 18 year old Kolton Miller of Knox on a preliminary charge of minor consuming. The news released stated that Miller was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.

Later Thursday morning at 10:28 Officer Bob DeLee responded to the Marshall County Probation Department in reference to a probation violation on 22 year old Matthew Linback of Walkerton.  Linback was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $505 bond.

Thursday evening at 7:05 P.M. Officer Bridget Hite responded to 1310 Pilgrim Lane, Tractor Supply in reference to a male subject attempting to walk out of the store twice with clothing still on the hangers.  Officer Hite arrived at the location and found 37 year old Michael Cinquemano of New York who stated that he was unable to find his receipt. He was taken into custody for theft and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $2,255 bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
