arrestsOn Thursday, June 11th Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch arrested 36 year old Rachael L. Harter-Adams of Warsaw.  Deisch was assisting Court Services and arrested Harter-Adams for Violation of Home Detention about 4 p.m. at 211 West Madison Street.  She was held with no bond in the Marshall County Jail.

Friday afternoon just before 4 Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer observed a male subject riding a bike on Oak Drive in the area of West Jefferson Street.  The subject was wearing in and out of traffic on his bike.  48 year old Mark L. Freet of Queen Road in Plymouth was stopped and found to be intoxicated.  He was booked into the County Jail and held on a $1,005 cash bond and given a July 21st court date in Marshall Superior Court II.

Saturday morning about 3:45 Officer Paul Stamper stopped a vehicle on State Road 17 in front of the hospital for driving erratically and also for an equipment violation. The drive, 28 year old Katie A. Dilley of Winona Lake was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  Dilley was transported to the jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond.

Monday morning at 10 Plymouth Officer Ray West was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department in reference to a female in the office with an active warrant.  20 year old Scarlet Torres of Plymouth was arrested without incident.  Torres was transported to the County Jail and held on the warrant.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
