arrestsPlymouth Police Officer Bridget Hite was notified Thursday evening that a subject with a felony warrant was at his home on Gilmore Street.

Christopher J Mentzer was located outside his residence and taken into custody for failure to appear.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

Saturday evening about 5:15 City Officer Ben McIntyre responded to the report of a very intoxicated female that had fallen in Centennial Park.   The female was located in a pavilion behind Riverside Intermediate School.  22 year old Alexia Tanner of Plymouth was taken into custody and booked into the County Jail for Public Intoxication an held on a $1,000 cash bond.

Saturday night about 10:45 Officer McIntyre stopped a vehicle at Webster and Bayless for a traffic violation.  During the investigation it was discovered that 22 year old Christian Gallegos Pagan of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a driver’s license.  He was lodged in the jail for Operator Never Licensed and held on a $755 cash bond.

 

   Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
