Plymouth_Police_sign_fallOn Friday, October 9th Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre observed a vehicle wearing while driving on Michigan Street.  Following a traffic stop it was determined that the driver, 31 year old Richard L. Carter of Plymouth was possible Operating While Intoxicated.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for OWI.

Saturday, October 10th  Officer Krynock conducted a traffic stop near Hoham and Western Avenue on a vehicle that was speeding.  The driver, 42 year old Eric D. Lawson of Plymouth was wanted on a warrant through Marshall County.  He was booked into the County Jail on the warrant and for Operating Without Ever Receiving a License.  He was held with no bond.

Monday morning at 8 Officer Ray West received a complaint that 50 year old Frankie L. Davis of Plymouth had violated a protective order.  The victim alleged that he knocked on her door.  Davis was located and arrested without incident.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a charge of Invasion of Privacy.

About 6 p.m. Monday Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Probation Department for a subject who needed to be transported to the jail for a probation violation.  40 year old Adam Minch of Plymouth was booked into the jail for the probation violation.

Monday evening about 10 Officer Emenhiser conducted a traffic stop near Oakhill and Nutmeg.  The driver, 49 year Mary Ritter of Rochester was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior Charge.
