On Wednesday, October 21, at 10:21 p.m. 19 year old Colton Balber of Plymouth was arrested by an officer with the Marshall County Police Department following a traffic stop in the 100 block Queen Road north of Plymouth-LaPorte Trail. He was charged with Illegal Consumption of alcohol by a minor.
