underage-drinkingJust after 8 o’clock Thursday, January 1st Plymouth Police Officer John Weir was dispatched to 300 Water Street for a domestic dispute.  Arriving at the location he spoke with both subjects and found that 19 year old Nicole Berg of Plymouth was intoxicated.  She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for minor consuming on a $505 cash bond.

Berg will have her initial hearing on January 27th in Marshall Superior Court II.
