About 10 p.m. Sunday, September 13th, County Police Officer Wozniak stopped a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am on US 31 near 9A Road.
When the officer made contact with the driver, 20 year old Radamez Rodriguez of Bloomington he immediately smelled a strong odor of raw marijuana emitting from the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle a large amount of currency in small bills, approximately 98 grams of Marijuana, a prescription schedule II substance, and many paraphernalia items associated with drug use and dealing.
Radamez was booked in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond at 11 p.m. and bonded out at 5 a.m. Monday.
