Handcuffs-newWednesday afternoon Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department for a female in their office who had an active warrant.  39 year old Tracy Lynn Boulas of Argos was arrested for the failure to appear misdemeanor warrant and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  She was held on a $180 cash bond.  Bond was paid 2 1/2 hours later and she was released.

Just before 10 p.m. Wednesday night Plymouth Officer Stuart Krynock was dispatched to the Plymouth Kroger Store for a complaint of a male subject exposing himself.  While searching the area Officer Krynock located 42 year old Roger A. Gamble who matched the description of the subject.  During the investigation, Mr. Gamble admitted to consuming alcohol and appeared to be intoxicated.  He was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
