On Sunday morning, March 22nd at 1:20 Bourbon Officer Matt Geiger observed a red Chevy Cavailer that was being driven by Christopher M. Long. Mr. Long had committed some driving infractions and had arrived at his home in the 1,000 block of North Washington Street before being confronted by Bourbon Police.
It was found that Mr. Long has a suspended driver’s license with a prior conviction and was placed under arrest for this infraction. 37 year old Christopher Long was transported to the Marshall County Jail here he was held on a $750 cash bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
