On Tuesday, March 10th at 12:40 A.M. Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a Ford Explore for speeding on US 30 at State Road 331. During the stop it was found that the driver identified as 19 year old Deandre A. Brown of South Bend was in possession of marijuana and a small bottle of alcohol. Mr. Brown had not been drinking at that time and was issued a court date and later released on a promise to appear.
