Sheriff's TruckOn Friday, September 25, at approximately 9:40 P.M. Marshall County Police Officer Anthony Bragg conducted a traffic stop on a passenger car on 4th Road in the area of the King Road intersection.

During the course of the investigation the driver, 32 year old Ryan P. Byrne of Bremen was determined to have a suspended driver’s license and to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated.  Further investigation lead to the discovery of marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, and other controlled substances to be in the vehicle.

MugShot_Ryan ByrneRyan P. Byrne was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on the charges of Operating While Intoxicated – Prior, Operating While Intoxicated – Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
