On Tuesday, March 24, an apparent child molesting victim was brought to the Bremen Police Department by their guardians after it was disclosed to them that the child had been molested between 2006 and 2013.
An investigation continues by the Bremen Police Department and on Saturday, March 28 Luis Padilla, 37 of Bremen was arrested on a complaint of Child Molestation. He was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $100,000 cash bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
