Plymouth Police Officer John Weir arrested 25 year old Ryan J. Perkins of Bremen on Saturday, November 7th after officers were dispatched for a subject wanting to hurt himself after a domestic fight.
Officer Weir ran a check on Ryan Perkins and found he had an active warrant for his arrest for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor. He was taken into custody and booked into the County Jail and held on a $20,000 cash bond.
