Bremen Police released their activity report for October 2nd through the 8th. Officers issued a total of 90 traffic warnings and 40 traffic citations. The Bremen PD also investigated a property damage crash at 1005 West Plymouth Street on October 3rd.
Bremen officers arrested seven during the reporting period. On Oct. 2nd Davis Solos of Plymouth was arrested for Operator Never Licenses with a warrant. On the 3rd Cindy Sniadecki of Bremen was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia and Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance. Luis Guerrero or Nappanee was arrested on the 4th for Operator Never Licensed and Zachary Steele of Mishawaka was also arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Open Container while Rhonda Henderson of Goshen was arrested on a warrant from Logan County, OH. On October 5th Angela Mitchell of Bremen was arrested for Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Law Enforcement and Denny Perez of Florida was arrested on the 6th for theft.
The Bremen Fire Department had three calls from October 2nd thru the 8th. On the 2nd they responded to a combine fire at Plymouth Goshen Trial north of US 6. On October 6th fire went to a property damage accident on US 6 east of Plymouth Goshen Trail and on the 8th they worked a dumpster fire at 5311 County Line Road.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
