Bremen_PoliceOfficers with the Bremen Police Department issued of total of 20 traffic warning during the reporting period of January 20th until February 5th.  They also issued 9 traffic citations and a total of 26 ordinance violations.

There was only one minor crash where the occupants exchanges information that Bremen Police responded to.  That incident occurred on February 1st at US 6 and 106 East.

Bremen officers arrested four people during the reporting period, Leola Nelson fro Warsaw was arrested on January 30th for theft and forgery while Juan Carlos Fuentez Salgado of Bremen was arrested for do mastic battery with a child present, intimidation and interference with reporting a crime. Jason Romel Nunn of Gary was arrested on February 2nd for operator never licensed, false and fictitious registration, driving while suspended and a warrant through Lake County.

Bremen officers responded the smell of natural gas on 3669 Destiny Drive on January 31st, a carbon monoxide warning at 1893 B Road on February 1st, an alarm for a broken pipe Southwire, a faulty carbon monoxide detector at 331 S. Birkey Street on February 3rd and a request for mutual aid for a grain bin incident at the intersection of Riley and Miami Roads on February 5th.
