On Wednesday, July 8, about 7:00 p.m. Sergeant Stouder with the Bremen Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Bowen Avenue and West South Street. During his investigation the operator was believed to be intoxicated.
Eugene Morawski, 52 of Nappanee was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person with a B.A.C. of .15% or higher.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
