Bremen_PoliceOn Thursday, February 12th about 5:00 p.m. Sergeant Trent Stouder with the Bremen Police Department observed a vehicle on State Road 331 just north of 4th Road exceeding the posted speed limit just south of Bremen. Sgt. Stouder stopped the vehicle for the speeding violation. During his investigation Stouder discovered methamphetamine, precursors and paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

Nicholas Irvine, 22 of Tippecanoe and Storm Kinsey, 20 of Bourbon were arrested and incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursors with the intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine, and Possession of Paraphernalia.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
