Bremen Police Chief Matt Hassel released his department‘s activity report for June 5th through the 11th.
Bremen Police officers issued a total of 4 traffic warnings and 6 citations. They also investigated two crashes, on June 9th a property damage accident at Bowen and North Streets and on the 10th a property damage accident at Plymouth and Liberty Streets.
The only arrest made during this reporting period was that of Joel A. Padilla of Plymouth who was arrested on June 10th for Operator Never Licensed with a prior conviction.
Bremen officers assisted with several fire calls. On June 7th they went to Fir and 7th Roads for an unknown injury accident and on the 8th they responded to 318 South Whitlock Street for a tree that had fallen on power lines. On June 9th officers from the Bremen PD were dispatched to Johns-Mansville on Dewy Street for a general fire alarm and to a property damage crash at Bowen and North Streets. Bremen police returned to Johns-Mansville on June 10th for another general fire alarm.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
