Officers with the Bremen Police Department issued 17 traffic warnings and 12 traffic citations during the reporting period of June 19th to the 25th.
Bremen officers investigated 6 property damage accidents: on June 19 at State Road 331 and State Road 106, on June 20th at Center and Mill Streets, on June 23rd at Montgomery and Sherman Streets, 3659 Destine Drive and 1435 State Road 106 and on June 25th at the ramp for US 6 and State Road 331.
Bremen Police Officers made six arrests from June 19th to the 25th. On June 19th Ross B. Priest who is listed at homeless was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Also on the 19th, Autumn F. Eagan and Morgan M. Correll both of Nappanee were arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and minor consuming. Hugo A Vargas of Elkhart was arrested on the 19th for operator never licensed and on the 23rd Julien Allen of Mishawaka was arrested for driving while suspended and possession of marijuana and on the 24th Kyle S. Whitmer of Bremen was arrested for domestic battery.
Bremen officers also assisted with a fire call at 702 South Washington Street on June 21st for a carbon monoxide alarm.
