Bremen_Police02/20/15  Officers with the Bremen Police Department issued of total of 45 traffic warning during the reporting period of February 6th until February 12th.  They also issued 19 traffic citations and a total of 1 ordinance violations.

There were only two minor crashes where the occupants exchanged information although Bremen Police did respond.  These accidents occurred on February 6th at St. Isadora’s Hall and on February 10th at the Bremen McDonald’s. There were also two property damage accidents that took place, one on February 6th at Plymouth and Montgomery Street and one on February 10th on South Bowen Street.

Bremen officers arrested seven people during the reporting period, Loren Bules of South Bend was arrested on February 8th for driving while suspended with a prior and an active warrant for Hamilton County for a body attachment.   Darnel Williams of South Bend was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior on February 10th and on February 11th Jeffery Nicholson of South Bend was arrested for operator never licensed.   Mathew Schneider of Bremen was arrested for possession of marijuana on February 11th  and Kelsey Trent of Bremen was arrested on a warrant. February 12th arrests included Storm Kinsey of Bourbon who was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors with intent to manufacture and possession of schedule IIII controlled substance and Nicholas Irvin of Tippecanoe who was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture.

Bremen officers responded to State Road 331 and 6th Road for a transformer fire on February 11th.  On February 12th Officers responded to 8145 Plymouth Goshen Trail for an unknown accident.
