Bremen_Police_black SUVBremen Police officers issued a total of 72 traffic warnings and 29 traffic citations from September 4th through the 10th.

Bremen Police Chief Matt Hassel said his officer made 9 arrests during the reporting period.  On September 4th Bremen officers arrested Christopher Taylor from Mill Creek, IN for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.  On the 5th Frank Galos of Bremen was taken into custody on a warrant through Marshal County and Kassidy Schafstall of Syracuse was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Kathi Kalinowski of Bremen was arrested on September 6th for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge, False and Fictitious Registration and Operating without Financial Responsibility.

Four people were arrested on September 9th by Bremen officers.  Damian Hernaldo of Bremen was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed, Michelle Murphy of Lancaster, NY was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Cassandra Martin of Bremen was taken into custody for Neglect of a Dependent and Ian Rivosecci-Fulton of Plymouth was booked into the County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.

Bremen Officers also responded to three traffic accidents from September 4th through the 10th.  On the 6th they were dispatched to Jackson and Plymouth Streets for a personal injury crash and also to another personal injury accident in front of 1334 West Grant Street.  On the 9th officers responded to a property damage incident in the Bremen High School parking lot that only required an exchange of insurance information.

The Bremen Fire Department was only dispatched once during the reporting period….on the 9th to the personal injury crash on West Grant Street.

 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation.  Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
