On April 2nd at approximately 9:34pm the Bremen Police Department was called to the 500 block of South Center Street for a possible domestic. During the investigation officers discovered what they believed to be marijuana. Michael Dobbies 24, of Bremen was arrested and transported to Marshall County Jail for, Possession Marijuana, under 30 grams and possession paraphernalia by Officer Rybicki
On April 3rd at approximately 2pm Bremen officers were called to the 100 block West Plymouth Street for a possible intoxicated male. When officers arrived in the area the male had left. A short time later officers locate the suspect, Joel Duane Trombley 43, of Bremen at the Marathon Gas Station. Mr. Trombley was arrested for Public Intoxication by Officer Schnaible.
On April 4th at approximately 3pm, during a routine traffic stop at US6 and 106E Francisco Victoriano, 34, of Warsaw was arrested for Operator Never Licensed, by Officer Stouder.
On April 5th at approximately 3:41pm while covering a minor property damaged accident at US6 and 106E, Kristopher Daniel Eskridge 26, of Ligioner was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Driving While Suspended with Prior Offense, by Bremen Officer Stouder.
Also on April 5th at approximately 12:30pm, during a routine traffic stop at Bowen Avenue and Water Streets, Daniel Martin 21, of Bremen was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia by Officer Stouder.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
