Bremen_PoliceMonday evening March 9th at approximately 7:50 the Bremen Police Department received a report of a possible impaired driver in town. Bremen Officers located the suspect vehicle in the area of Miami Trail and Plymouth-Goshen Trail just west of Bremen. The vehicle was stopped by officers just south of Plymouth-Goshen Trail on Grape Road.

During the traffic stop officers discovered what they believed to be marijuana in the vehicle. 19 year old Ryan Zellmer of Bremen was taken into custody for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Zellmer was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $505 cash bond.

A complaint of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance was also filed against two Bremen juveniles in the vehicle.
