Arrested03/31/15  On Friday, March 27th at 11:43 P.M. Officer Paul Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department conducted at traffic stop at US 30 east of Oak Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, 20 year old Tarra Swanson of Bremen was found to be operating a vehicle with a scheduled I or Ii controlled substance.  She was taken into custody.

The passenger in the vehicle, 21 year old Austin Robbins of Bremen was found to be in possession of paraphernalia and was also taken into custody.

Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Swanson was booked on a $1,505 bond and Austin Robbins was booked on a $755 bond. On March 30th both Swanson and Robbins were released with no judicial review.  They were issued April 7th court dates in Marshall Superior Court II.
