64 year old Alfred Bustamante of Plymouth was arrested Wednesday night about 11:45 by Plymouth Police.
Bustamante was driving on Michigan Street near Meadow Drive when Officer Krynock observed a traffic infraction and stopped the vehicle. It was determined that Bustamante was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
After submitting to a chemical test at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth Bustamante was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with OWI with a prior charge within the last five years.
