ArrestedA Plymouth man was arrested Tuesday morning by city police for a charge of Intimidation.

Officer Gary Cleveland was dispatched to 2401 North Michigan Street, lot 25 after 40 year old Toni Lehman reported that she had been threatened by 41 year old Chad Smith.

When police arrived on the scene Smith had fled on foot.  Lehman told police that Smith had threatened to kill her with a hammer.

While police were looking for Smith, he returned to the trailer.  Lehman was able to call her mother who was able to confirm to police that Smith was threatening her daughter.  Officer Cleveland arrived in time to overhear Smith making a threat.

Chad Smith was transported to the Marshal County Jail and booked in for Intimidation as a class A misdemeanor.   His cash bond was set at $755 and he was given a January 5th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
