A traffic stop Monday evening about 5:40 at Michigan and Franklin Streets ended with the arrest of a Plymouth man. During the traffic stop Plymouth Officer Matt Emenhiser found the driver, 34 year old Jesus Chavarria-Serna to be operating without ever receiving a license and giving false information. It was later discovered that he also had an active warrant for his arrest.
