The City of Plymouth is in the process of changing software providers which will change the company that handles the online bill payment process through the City’s website.
The city has put a notification on their website about the change to ACI Official Payments. Plymouth customers can pay utility bills or hangar rental payments through the city’s website with the new company but you will now need a PIN. To obtain a preliminary PIN, customers need to contact the City Clerk-Treasurer’s Office. Once that PIN is initially assigned, then the customer has the ability to change their pin to whatever they would like. This change will take effect on Wednesday, October 7, 2015.
