City HallThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings starting at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety.  The agenda includes opening bids for phase two of the 2015 Street and Sidewalk projects, reports by department heads, a request to work in the right-of-way by the Metronet at 112 South Center Street for the installation of fiber-optics.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will discuss the South Gateway project and the board will consider a request of Calvin Bailey to conduct an “Oldies for Alzheimer” fundraiser on West Jefferson Street.

The Plymouth Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 and includes a public hearing for additional appropriations, an ordinance to amend the gallonage amounts of the City Code to coordinate with the city’s new accounting software and an amendment regarding parking penalties.

Both meetings are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
