City HallThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday night beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety followed by the Common Council meeting.

Agenda for the Board of Public Works includes awarding the bid for the wastewater furnace and A/C unit for the old administration building and opening bids for the City’s 2015 mill and fill street projects.

Mayor Mark Senter will open request for proposals for the Gateway Signage and the city engineer will present details on phase II of the Greenway Trail.  Due to the fact that Michiana Contracting was awarded the project to construct a storage building at the Ledyard Water Treatment Plant, Councilman Mike Delp the city attorney will ask for acceptance of the Uniform Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement.

The Plymouth Chamber of Commerce will request a temporarily closure of Michigan Street between Garro Street and LaPorte Street for a First Saturday event and the Historical Society will be requesting reserved parking spaces.

The only agenda item for the Common Council meeting at 6:30 in the Elected Official Disclosure of Relative’s Contract with the City of Plymouth pursuant to Indiana Code.

The city meetings are open to the public in the Council Chambers of City Hall.  Questions and comments are limited to agenda items only and participants should enter through the Garro Street door.
