Police HandcuffsOn Monday, February 16th at 11:59 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper responded to 2420 West Lake Avenue in reference to a fight involving a criminal mischief complaint. As officers arrived on the scene and conducted an investigation 24 year old Elizabeth A. Keller of Walkerton was taken into custody for battery resulting in bodily injury and held on a $1,505 bond. Keller was released the next day after posting bond and issued a Marshall Superior Court II date of March 24th. Also arrested was 21 year old Steven Cogswell of Plymouth on preliminary charges of  battery, criminal mischief and intimidation.  He is being held on a $3,005 bond.
