Thursday morning about 2:30 Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 320 Franklin Street in reference to a possible theft.
Officer Paul Stamper responded and located 18 year old Shaquwan Coalmon of South Bend was located and found to be a minor consuming alcohol. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $255 cash bond.
