County Building_2The Marshall County Commissioners are scheduled to meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30.  Their agenda includes a discussion with Mike Miley from Gibons Insurance on the property and casualty insurance renewal, USI update by Bart Trestor and the County highway report with Laurie Baker and Jason Peters.

The commissioners will revisit the request of Pete Peuquest to install a seawall on county owned property at the end of Addison Street at Lake of the Woods.

Linda Rippy from the Marshall County Museum will present her quarterly report and Jerry Huss the new Weights and Measures Supervisor is seeking a travel request.

County Attorney Jim Clevenger will report and present amendments to the county’s pre-pay ordinance.  The County auditor will present the February claims, an update on the SRI Tax Certificate Sale and a resolution on the Tax Certificate Sale.

The Commissioners meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.  They meet in the meeting room on the second floor of the County Building.
