County Building_2The Marshall County Commissioners will hold their first meeting of May today beginning at 8:30 a.m. in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes an update of the 7th Road construction project and mitigation by Bart Trester from USI.  Also on the agenda is the County Highway Department report, Ward Byers from Court Services will present a contract for monitoring with 3M and Mike Sliter will seek approval for a jet ski lift.  Jim Hulse will discuss his concerns with the stop sign at 5th road and Stephanie Thomas will express her thoughts on the Wheel Tax.

Other agenda items include a request from Plymouth Wesleyan Church for a 5K fun run and walk, the county attorney report, auditor’s report and commissioner items.

The Marshall County Commissioner’s meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. and comments and questions are always welcome at the meeting.
