A claim presented by the Marshall County Probation Department was denied by the County Commissioners during their final meeting of 2014.
County Commissioner Jack Roose motioned to approve all of year-end claims presented with the exception of a $1,077.70 from the probation department. The claim, for accessories out of the office supplies line item was for four framed posters which were purchased and hung in the probation department to help instill positive ideas to probationers.
