The Marshall County Drainage Board will not meet on Monday due to the lack of agenda items.
The County Commissioner meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:30 on Monday and they have a full agenda. Doug and Gary Masterson, superintendents of the county’s building and grounds will seek to replace an employee, Del Wenzel will seek the release of the financial guarantee on one of his developments and Laurie Baker and Jason Peters from the County Highway Department present their activity report.
About 10 a.m. County Planning Director Ralph Booker will present 2nd reading of an amendment to increase fees for building permits and 2nd reading of an ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance to create a commercial overlay district. Also on the agenda is the first reading of an amendment to the Marshall County Zoning Map to place a commercial overlay district in the LaPaz community.
Also on the agenda for the Commissioner’s meeting is the quarterly report of County EMA Director Clyde Avery, county attorney report, auditor’s report and commissioner items.
The Commissioner’s meeting begins at 9:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building and comments and questions are welcome.
