The Marshall County Drainage Board will not have a meeting on the 21st due to lack of any agenda items.
The County Commissioners will meet Monday, September 21st at 9:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building. Agenda for the meeting includes a report from the County Highway Department from Laurie Baker and Jason Peters.
At 9:40 Bruce Smith is on the agenda to get a response from a questioner he presented to the commissioners when his road was change from a deteriorating chip and seal road to a gravel road.
Building Commissioner Chuck DeWitt will present his quarterly report and discuss the commissioner’s appointment to the Unsafe Building Ordinance and EMA Director Clyde Avery will present his quarterly report.
Also on the agenda is the county attorney report, auditor’s report, commissioner items and public comments.
The meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
